In Step Rabbit, open Settings and choose the Health category you want to connect. iOS lets you review or change access later in Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › Step Rabbit.

Notifications
Step Rabbit uses local notifications for planned walks and progress updates. You can adjust them in the app or in iOS Settings › Notifications › Step Rabbit.
Water sync
Water entries stay in Step Rabbit unless you enable Apple Health water sync. When enabled, the app can read dietary-water data and write the water entries you add.
Resetting the app
Use Reset Step Rabbit Data in the app’s Settings to remove local settings, cached history, plans, and reminders. This does not delete Apple Health data.
